1. I pay my account on a quarterly, semi annual or annual basis. How far can my account be overdue before WAG suspends my service?

  2. If your account is more than 15 days delinquent, your service may be suspended at any time without previous notice. If it is more than 30 days overdue, it will be suspended until payment is received in full, and your check has cleared. This may represent a substantial delay in your service and result in lost revenue for your business.

  3. What is the WAG definition of a site maintenance incident?

  4. A maintenance incident is one email containing a request for changes on your site, followed by an acknowledgement of reception by WAG personnel.

If we do not acknowledge receipt of the request, assume that it has not been received and follow up with us.

If you send an email to us requesting and detailing a site update, then send us another email because you forgot important details, this will most likely count as two incidents, especially if we have performed the site updates already.

Thus it is important to provide WAG personnel with clear, concise and complete directions for your site update. As the customer, you alone are responsible for providing this information. We will not work on a maintenance incident unless we are clear about the scope of work involved.

  5. What is the minimum amount WAG bills per incident of site maintenance?

  6. We bill a minimum of one hour per maintenance incident. This service is provided to WAG customers at the discounted hourly rate of $50/hour. That is a saving more than 30% off our normal development rate of $75/hour.

This discount only applicable on site maintenance, not site development.

Payment by credit card is due immediately upon completion. If we do not have a credit card number on file for you, one must be provided to commence work.

If you have 1 incident every 2 months, or if you spend an average of $25/month updating your site, we recommend you consider upgrading your account to a Site Manager enabled account. This will enable you to quickly and easily update your own site, in addition to giving you a host of valuable features to better build and manage your web site.

Cost and additional details if you wish to upgrade your eCommerce or basic hosting account are available here.
