  15. What is your refund policy?

  16. Under no circumstances will refunds be provided, unless Web App Guru has somehow failed in their provision of service.

For example, if you are a designer and you fail to put your site up in a timely fashion, then your client asks for their money back, WAG will not provide a refund. It is your responsibility also to make sure that your site gets up in a timely fashion.

If you are a customer who has an issue, for example an email address you can't receive email from, and you don't contact us for a month to tell us, we cannot refund your money. If you email us and we promptly reply and then we don't hear back from you, we have to assume everything is okay and your question was answered.

If your site has been recently transferred and it is not showing up within 48 hours, you need to get in touch with us.

It is your responsibility to contact us. It is our responsibility to respond to your emails and provide you with a proper support service. If you don't hear from us within 12 hours or if you have an emergency, please email us again or call us so we can help you in a more timely manner.

We are very prompt in offering support and if you have ANY problems, we encourage you to please follow up on them with us immediately.
